pumpkin chicken casserole

4 chicken breasts
2 tbsp flour
4 potatoes, diced
3 tsp fresh grated ginger
350g pearl onions
750g pumpkin, diced
2 cinnamon sticks
olive oil (1/4 cup), salt, pepper
1/2 cup orange juice
Season chicken very generously with salt and some pepper. Sprinkle flour.
Heat olive oil in a deep frying pan and fry chicken until golden on both sides.
Add the ginger and, once aromatic, extinguish with 1 cup water and the orange juice. Add the cinnamon sticks and potatoes, and cook, uncovered, 20 min.
Add pearl onions and pumpkin, season with salt and pepper. Simmer, covered, another 20 min (careful not to over-mix now so that pumpkin doesn't fall apart).
Remove from heat. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
