ingredients:
(serves 2)
250g pasta of choice
200g cherry tomates, halved
1/2 cucumber, chopped
10 pitted olives, halved
100g feta, finely diced
1 tbsp chopped parsley
1 tsp oregano
olive oil, salt, pepper
method:
Cook pasta as per packet instructions, drain and set aside to cool.
Add all the ingredients to a bowl, and mix until well combined. Drizzle with olive oil, and season to taste with salt and pepper.
