spicy mushroom linguine

250g mushrooms, sliced
1 chilli, finely diced, or 1/2 tsp chilli flakes
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tbsp fresh chopped parsley
juice from 1/4 lemon
1/4 cup white wine
salt, pepper, olive oil
hard yellow cheese of choice, grated
Boil linguine according to packet instructions.
Meanwhile, heat some olive oil in a pan and fry garlic and chilli until aromatic. Add the mushrooms and raise the heat Season with some salt and pepper, and allow the liquids the mushrooms release to evaporate, ca. 2 min.
Add the wine, and cook for 2 min more so it can mostly evaporate.
Add the parsley and lemon juice, season with salt and pepper.
Mix well and the linguine. Remove from heat and mix so that the linguine is coated.
Serve with grated cheese.
