brown sugar cocoa biscuits

(makes 15)

  • 50g icing sugar

  • 120g butter, room temperature

  • 1/2 tbsp salt

  • 20g cocoa powder

  • 1 egg

  • 250g flour

  • brown sugar, for coating, ca. 30g


Using a mixer, combine all the ingredients apart from the brown sugar. Place dough in aluminium foil, and refrigerate for 1 hour.

Heat oven at 175°C.

Shape ca. 15 flat circular biscuits. Dip them in a bowl of brown sugar and set on a tray lined with baking paper. Bake 20min. Cool on a wire rack. Ready!
