ingredients:

500g peas
1 onions, chopped
1 carrot, finely diced
4-5 medium potatoes, finely diced
olive oil, salt, pepper
2 garlic cloves, minced
200ml water
juice and grated zest from 1/2 lemon
2 tbsp chopped dill
* Optional: 1 tbsp ouzo
method:
In a pot, heat some olive oil and fry the onion. Add ouzo and garlic.
Add the water, carrot and potatoes, and 1/2 tsp salt. Simmer, uncovered, 20min, until potatoes are soft and liquids evaporate.
Meanwhile, boil the peas in a separate pot with 1 tsp salt, 5 min.
Drain and add to the potatoes.
Add some olive oil, the dill, lemon juice and zest, and season with salt and pepper.
Serve with fresh bread.
