salmon with ginger & soy sauce

ingredients:

(serves 4)

  • 4 salmon filets

  • 6 tbsp soy sauce

  • 1 cube fresh ginger (1-2cm), sliced into thin slivers

  • veggies and/or rice of choice

method:

Preheat oven to 180°C.

Place the salmon in a baking paper sheet large enough to be wrapped around the salmon, skin side down. Drizzle with soy sauce and layer the ginger slices over the salmon. Fold the baking paper over the salmon so it's nice and snug and then turn the parcel over, so that the salmon skin is now facing up inside the baking paper.

Bake 20 min.

Discard ginger slices, and season lightly with pepper. Drizzle the sauce from within the baking paper over each filet, and any side(s) of choice.
